This course is aimed at residential carers who work with vulnerable adults. Candidates will gain a better understanding of safeguarding adults and their responsibilities.
The main learning objectives of the course are as follows:
- To understand the key principles for safeguarding adults
- To identify the people at risk
- To explore the Care Act 2014
- To define abuse
- To understand what you should do
